Every village chief in Seribu Islands is assigned to supervise goods that shipped through the port in each regions. That way is to prevent candy circulation that containing drugs.

"I'll summon Tidung and Untung Jawa islands urban village heads related to candy containing drugs in their zones. Temporarily, the island entrance must be supervised tightly," said Budi Utomo, Regent of Seribu Islands, Tuesday (10/11).

Utomo will coordinate with local police to tightly supervise the goods that enter to the island.

"Satpol PP and police will be sent to do toght supervision in the field," he expressed.

Besides that, the entrance gate from he land towards some islands such as Tanjung Pasir and Rawasaban, Tangeranf should also be repaired.

"Including entrance gate from Marina Ancol and Kali Adem Port, thus goods shipment can be monitored easily," he expressed.

He explains drugs circulation has changed in form of a candy in various types like cigarette. It aims to ruin the young generation. 

"We also need the resident role in this matter thus danger of drugs can be anticipated," he explained.

As known, the officers comprising police, Satpol PP and Tidung Island apparatuses held raid against snack stalls in SDN 03, MIN 26, SDN 02, SDN 01 Pulau Tidung, Monday (10/10). 

They managed to confiscate tens of candy such as lolipop, lipstick, etc.
